- Hand-made garments are known for their uniqueness, but splendid things take time. We usually dispatch all our orders within maximum 5 days from the date of ordering and receiving payment (unless mentioned otherwise in the description of product or if the piece needs special customization).
- We love all our customers and so we don’t charge for any order shipped in India. We provide Free Shipping across India irrespective of the number of items or cost of items.
- Tracking details will be reflected in ‘My Orders’ segment as soon as the product is dispatched, it may take 12-24 hours for the shipment status to be updated
- Cancellation of order is allowed and a full refund will be initiated from us, only if the order is cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
- You cannot cancel the order once it is shipped, however the order can be returned after delivery, if you fail to cancel the order within 6 hours of placing the order. But the customer has to bear the shipping charres in this case. The product price will be refunded back to the customer if they wish to cancel the order but fail to do so within the first 6 hours from placing the order. The refund will be processed only if the product is retumed in its original form, unused and undamaged with all original tags intact.
- Refund will be initiated through the same channel used while making the payment for the product. Some merchant accounts may take 15-20 days to reflect the payment in your account
- Retum, Refund and Exchange will not be possible due to size issue. Customers are advised to check the size and fit prior to booking any order. You can contact us in case of any query
- Products once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged for other product or refund,
- The product will be returned to us after multiple failed attempts to deliver the product to the customer by the delivery agent. The customer has to bear the shipping charges from both ends in this case. Only
the product price will be refunded to the customer
- In case of any manufacturing defect or if wrong order is delivered to you, the customer has to send an uncut video of receiving and opening the product parcel highlighting the defect, refund will be initiated only if the above conditions are met Threaded
- Some products can be customized, only if so mentioned in the description of the product. If anycustomization is required from customer’s end the customer can contact us for assistance Affair will try its best to customize the requested item, but it may add a few days in shipping the product from its stipulated time. Please keep the exact cash handy in case of Cash On Delivery, our delivery agents are not liable to produce change at the time of delivery, this may lead to a failed delivery attempt
- Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is placed
- Payment can be made from Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI or e-wallets, international clients can pay through PayPal
Threaded Affair is not responsible if the package is stolen, damaged or lost after delivering to the customer. The customer is advised to receive the package only after ensuring that the package is undamaged, sealed and not tampered
